What types of shows can I sell on CloudJoi?

At CloudJoi, we welcome all forms of performing arts, culture, and live entertainment-related shows, whether on-ground, live streaming, or on-demand. Currently, we do not offer non-performing events such as business workshops, sports, or business seminars.

What are the charges to put on a show on CloudJoi?

We offer a super low entry cost to set up a show on CloudJoi, starting at just RM50 for the setup fee and each ticket handling fee starting from RM2. Contact us for full rate card.

Will you help me to promote my shows?

CloudJoi sets itself apart from other ticketing platforms by providing a bi-weekly newsletter featuring shows relevant to our audience, as well as social media coverage to ensure that your show reaches its intended audience.

Can I limit the capacity of my shows?

For on-ground shows, our system is capable of limiting the capacity or number of events. We provide a beautifully crafted seat selection for your shows.

How can I track ticket sales and attendance?

CloudJoi offers real-time reporting and analytics, allowing you to track ticket sales and attendance for your show on our user-friendly dashboard system. Additionally, you can use our platform to check guests in at the door using a mobile device.

Will I receive the sales report?

Our dashboard system will send out a daily sales report via Email.

Can I use CloudJoi for my online show?

We provide a seamless experience for your audience to watch your online shows at our digital venue, CloudTheatre.

How long does it take to receive payment after selling tickets?

We will send you settlement report within 2 working days after the event ends. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the money to credited to your bank account once you confirm the payout.

Do you offer educational discounts?

We believe in nurturing and supporting the performing arts, culture, and live entertainment ecosystem at early stage. Therefore, we offer an education rate card for performances by students or universities. Contact us for more details.

Are complimentary tickets chargeable?

Complimentary tickets issued through the CloudJoi system are completely free for on-ground events, but charges will apply for online and on-demand shows.

How does CloudJoi handle payments and fees?

CloudJoi processes all payments and charges a small fee for each ticket sold. The fee is automatically deducted from the ticket price, so there are no upfront costs or hidden fees.

Is bulk import possible?

We provide a super-easy-to-use interface for managing your offline transactions. You can import a list of tickets into the system and issue them via email.

Can I hire a freelance helper to assist with mobile app check-ins?

Yes, you can provide a guest account for a helper in the front of house to assist with ticket check-in during the event without giving them access to audience data.
