Complimentary tickets issued through the CloudJoi system are free for on-ground events. However, for commercial concerts, as well as online and on-demand shows, charges may apply.

How does CloudJoi handle payments and fees?

CloudJoi processes all payments with a transparent fee structure. A service fee is charged to organisers, while a handling fee is applied to each ticket sold, charged to the audience. Fees are automatically deducted, ensuring there are no upfront costs or hidden charges.

Is bulk import possible?

We provide a super-easy-to-use interface for managing your offline transactions. You can import a list of tickets into the system and issue them via email.

Can I hire a freelance helper to assist with mobile app check-ins?

Yes, you can provide a guest account for a helper in the front of house to assist with ticket check-in during the event without giving them access to audience data.
